About Our Practice

Our practice offers comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on prevention, restorative options, and cosmetic dentistry. Blair R. Hale, D.M.D.

Blair R. Hale, D.M.D., has practiced in Las Vegas since 1976 with a focus on preventive, restorative, and esthetic dentistry. He is one of the most experienced and skilled cosmetic and implant dentists in the region. After he earned his dental degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine, he went on to complete more than 2000 hours of continuing education in order to remain on the cutting edge of the industry. His commitment to keeping up-to-date on new technology and integrating it into the practice continues to this day.

Dr. Hale is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, the Southern Nevada Dental Society, the Las Vegas Study Club, and is an Arestin® Certified Expert (ACE)

Dr. Hale has volunteered his dental services in Peru, Honduras, Ecuador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. He is married, the devoted father of five children, and recently became a grandfather. He enjoys camping, photography, and engraving.

Jason L. Downey, D.D.S.

Jason L. Downey, D.D.S., focuses on providing high-quality implant dentistry and endodontics (root canal therapy) for patients at Hale & Downey Family Dentistry. He graduated with honors from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1999, where he also completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.

He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Downey is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, the Southern Nevada Dental Society,and the Las Vegas Study Club. He is also an Arestin® Certified Expert (ACE).

Dr. Downey has been married to his wife, JaNae, since 1994. They have four sons and a daughter, Jackson, Justin, Joshua, Jared, and Savannah Joy. He enjoys reading, bicycling, running, and swimming.
